At the Adams & Friends Kwoon, we've worked to create an authentic traditional training environment where students can leave the noise and distractions of everyday life at the door, focus on their training, and experience Wing Chun in an atmosphere that honors the art and its heritage.
What is a Kwoon?
A kwoon is the traditional Chinese martial arts training hall—the Wing Chun equivalent of the Japanese dojo. More than simply a room where techniques are practiced, the kwoon is a place of learning, discipline, community, and respect for the traditions passed from teacher to student.
